Lost conversations lost in the wind.
The lady who received these postcards kept nearly everyone and though they came up as a single lot earlier this year, they have now been sold individually and this timeless story has now been lost, with just odd whispers left.
The postcards are of views of Newcastle and the region sent by a Jack Beauty to a Miss Laura Dickinson who it appeared worked and lived at Hall Mill House in Workington in the Lake District. Jack posted across Newcastle and North Shields.
They come in two made to measure frames, three in one and a single in the other and come with acrylic glass to protect during transportation.
